• Refund requests will only be accepted if the product received is damaged or wrong item delivered.
• The customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
• After verification, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• No refund will be applicable for products that are already used, energized, or customized for spiritual purposes.
